Compass provides training for those individuals who feel ready to make positive changes in their lives. We offer a variety of accredited and non accredited training programmes.
The Compass Outreach Services is offers a customised, community based learning and Work programme for people aged 16 and over. The programme is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, support and skills they need, underpinning their progress into mainstream learning and employment.
