Volunteering
Cre8’s Volunteer Coordinator provides support for people Solas supports to access volunteering placements both with the Seren Group but also externally. You can read more about Volunteering here.
Cooking
We have a dedicated worker providing opportunities to the people we support to gain practical experience of cooking on a budget. Participants are also supported to gain qualifications up to a level 2 OCN in healthy eating and in Food Safety.
Participation and Engagement
Cre8 works with people we support and Solas staff teams to provide a wide range of engagement and participation activities, from workshops to taster sessions, to one off life changing experiences there is something for everyone.
Education and Training Pathways
Cre8 has various options for people wanting to pursue education and training, our dedicated Pathways Team works with individuals to work towards their goals and aspirations as well as delivering a wide variety of qualifications including OCN’s in Budgeting, Healthy Relationships, Food Safety and Healthy Eating and also Learn Direct courses in Literacy, Numeracy and IT.
Social Enterprise
Cre8 Products is our new Social Enterprise, it was developed with and for the people we support to provide creative opportunities for volunteering, training and employment. Read more…
