MoveIn – Highly Vulnerable Young People’s Services

movein logo-01
Move In is a unique service for young people leaving care who need additional support to transition into independent living and adulthood.

These young people may have experienced multiple placement breakdowns or need more intensive support not available in traditional supported housing settings. Our highly skilled team work closely with our Psychology service to provide creative interventions that work with the behaviours to find positive solutions for every young person accessing the service.

A fresh start for young people who have always been moved on

MoveIn is designed to put a stop to negative move-ons. We’ve created a service that provides stability and the psychological support needed to give these young people a chance of moving into independence with renewed confidence and resilience. Our aim is to never exclude where we feel that our service can make a difference.

Our Vision for Young People’s Services

Developed as an alternative to residential or foster care, the service is staffed 24 hours, and staff are intensively trained to support young people who have faced the most challenges. We accept referrals from local authority care teams, youth offending and other statutory agencies.
